Take one capsule per day with food and a full glass of water. The recommended time is with breakfast, though with an evening meal is also suitable if that works better for you. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Yes. The important thing is consistency - taking it at the same time each day alongside food. Whether that's breakfast or dinner is up to you.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, one pack provides a 90-day supply.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived and suitable for vegetarians. It does not contain gelatin.

Yes. You can cancel at any time before despatch - simply let our team know when they call to confirm, or contact us by phone or email. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery or return the item under our 14-day returns policy.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return the product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returns must be in unopened, original condition. Opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned as per lawful hygiene exceptions. See our Returns Policy for the full procedure.
