2. Ordering and Sale

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. This is a request to purchase, not a binding contract. Our team will call you to confirm availability and details. The sales contract is formed when we confirm your order verbally and dispatch the goods.

Price: The price at time of ordering is £36.99 per pack of 90 capsules, inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price is confirmed during the phone call. We reserve the right to update prices; the price applicable to your order is that confirmed on the call.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery by cash or card directly to the courier. No payment is taken online. No card details are stored or requested at checkout.

Cancellation before despatch: You may cancel at no cost at any point before dispatch. Simply advise the team during the confirmation call or contact us by email or phone.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this Site or our products. 5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
